I have now changed my mind and so I now send Christmas cards every year without fail. It's plenty of fun to send out and get sent cards and it's also a fun way to keep in contact with friends and family who I probably would not get to talk to earlier in the year.
I fairly recently discovered that Christmas cards are also a collectors item so I am getting into collecting Christmas post cards. I keep any weird cards I see during the silly season but also look around online for Christmas cards. They are on sale whenever you like and a great way to purchase them is at auction.
