I no longer think that and I now post Christmas cards every holiday season. It's a lot of fun to post and receive cards and it's also a great way to keep in contact with friends and family who I possibly would not otherwise get to talk to during the year.
I recently realised that Christmas cards can be a collectors item so I am collecting unused Christmas cards. I keep any weird cards I see before Christmas but also search online for Christmas cards. They are available at any time and a easy way to buy them is at auction.
