When I was a teenager, I really believed that posting out Christmas cards was a past tradition which almost no one I knew of was participating in. I no longer think that and so I send Christmas cards to all my friends and family. It's really a lot of fun to post and receive cards and it's also an easy way to keep in contact with friends and family who I may not otherwise get to speak to at other times.

I just realized that Christmas cards can be a collectors item so I am getting into collecting rare Christmas cards. I keep any different cards I see during the holiday period but also search on the net for Christmas cards.
