Before I knew better, I honestly believed sending Christmas cards was an outdated custom which pretty much no one I knew was interested in doing. I no longer believe that to be the case and so now I send off Christmas cards every holiday season. It's really a lot of fun to give and get cards in the mail and it's also an exceptional way to stay in contact with friends and family who I may not be able to speak to earlier in the year.

I recently found out that Christmas cards are also a collectors item so I have started collecting German Christmas cards.
